MORE THAN SEAFOOD - A FAMILY TRADITION: GARCIA'S

Among the attractive of a boat ride by the Miami River is Garcia's Seafood Grille & Fish Market.
Once upon a time, in 1964, two brothers called Garcia left Cuba to start a new life here in Miami. During two years they worked and fished for local companies saving money to open their own seafood business…
Currently, with almost 50 years, this family restaurant provides the best quality of seafood for their customers. You can enjoy a great lunch or dinner inside or outside by the terrace while overlooking the Miami River. For those looking for great seafood and a friendly Sports bar, you can enjoy your meal while watching your favorite game at one of the multiple big screens. If you just want to have some drinks with your couple, the bar offers a great variety of drinks. Also, if you prefer just to pick up your food and continue your boat ride, it’s up to you. And if you're looking for fresh seafood to prepare it in your home, there is a fish market too.
In addition to the yummy seafood festival, the Garcia's won me by the friendly atmosphere and efficient service. It’s a great place to have a meal enjoying the river breeze. It's a traditional restaurant frequented by Miami residents (I like it).
We had a delicious lunch time there among plátanos, ceviche, oysters, dolphin fillet, mojitos, beer and the traditional lemon pie. Can’t wait to come back asap to discover the secret of the appetizer sauce served with crackers. I loved it!
