"JE VOIS LA VIE EN ROSE" WITH STEAK FRITES
These days I had dinner at L’Entrecôte de Paris, a piece of France in the heart of Miami Financial! The restaurant which is famous in Paris to serve only one dish - the irresistible Steak Frites!
Lightening, I fell in love! The french music playing, and the charming classic brasserie design, the mirrored walls and low light. With all this atmosphere is easy to imagine yourself in Paris!
To start a basket of breads and appetizers! The mustard antipasto is super delicious especially for those who, like me, enjoy spicy mustard!
Following a classic salad of mixed green with walnuts and Dijon mustard dressing. Delicious!
And, the star of the night, the only one dish - the Steak Frites! OMG!!! Honestly, who needs another?
The French cuisine is known for its secret recipes, especially of the sauce that garnishes the famous Parisian’s Entrecôtes. As for the sauce, all that we know is that it contains 21 ingredients, requires four separate cooking processes and takes 36 hours to prepare. The mysterious and juicy 9Oz entrecôte is served with unlimited “alumette" French fries.
Your only concern will be choosing a good wine, one of the homemade desserts ( the brownie with vanilla ice-cream is yummy), and obvious, a liqueur, for the grand finale!
Cheers for "La vie en Rose”!
